The contoured shape is the standout feature for me—it stays in place while I'm nursing, so I don't have to hold it. It gets the job done for both hot and cold relief, though the Velcro strap feels a bit flimsy after a week of daily use.

These packs heat up evenly and stay warm long enough to actually get some relief. I just wish the straps were a bit longer to adjust more easily.
